Oggi osserviamo questa splendida Harley Davidson Road King special asso di picche, non è facile trovare un lavoro così accurato e fatto con stile basato su una Road King.
La base di questa special è una Road King del 2008, la quale è stata splendidamente vestita con un lavoro di verniciatura nero e bianco il tutto incorniciato da una magistrale opera di pinstriping in stile hot Rod.
I tratti di pinstriping ricoprono l’intera carrozzeria senza esagerazione ma dando un tocco di classe al lavoro nel suo complesso.
Il colore di base è un nero opaco, e come possiamo vedere nella foto sotto specifica del serbatoio, nella parte verniciata in bianco si nota tutto un ricamo di chiaro/scuri che danno un’idea di ordito che ricopre il serbatoio… direi assolutamente magistrale!
Le gomme sono entrambe con fascia bianca come vuole lo stile vintage anni 50, dove però quella anteriore diversamente dalla posteriore, è relativamente stretta con spalla bassa parzialmente coperta dal parafango abbondante e cerchi da 80 raggi grossi, che danno un ottimo effetto di pienezza e potenza.
Il manubrio è personalizzato così come le borse rigide che sono state allargate in stile old school e inglobano completamente gli scarichi, fanalini posteriori a goccia.
Il motore non è stato sostanzialmente modificato. Vediamoci le foto di questo splendido lavoro…
