Quando un biker pensa ad un bobber la prima immagine che salta alla mente è quella di uno splendido KnuckleHead o un PanHead, moto storiche che sono la base dei bobber originali che hanno creato il mito.
Qui vediamo un fantastico KnuckleHead del 1947 in splendide condizioni ristrutturato e rivisto dai ragazzi di Mc Kay’s Cycle. Lavoro strepitoso, la moto è in ottime condizioni, motore rimesso a nuovo, colore blu originale, parafango posteriore accorciato e anteriore fatto sparire da vero bobber original.
Giusto per trovare un punto debole, devo dire che non mi piace molto la scelta del colore rosso interno ai terminali di scarico ma è giusto un dettaglio, per il resto lo trovo perfetto e con quel manubrio vintage resta solo da girar la chiave e partire…
English version: When one thinks of a biker bobber the first image that springs to mind is that of a knucklehead beautiful or Panhead, vintage bikes that are the basis of the original bobber that created the myth. Here we see a fantastic Knucklehead of 1947 in excellent condition renovated and revised by the guys at Mc Kay’s Cycle. Working amazing, the bike is in excellent condition, engine reconditioned, original blue color, front and rear fender shortened disappeared from true original bobber. Just to find a weakness, I must say that I do not like the choice of the internal red to tailpipes but it’s just a detail, for the rest I find it perfect and with that vintage handlebar remains only by circling the key and go.
